Dial Zero – G1 Application
Dial Zero is very useful application that helps you reach a real human being behind more than six hundred major companies. It allows you to skip the whole automated menu system and directly puts you in touch with a customer service representative. The list of companies is pretty exhaustive, and the app also allows user comments regarding their experience with the customer service representative and tips to negotiate problems with various different services.
It works well most of the time, but I was sent to automated systems (not a real human being) twice in about a dozen trials. In both cases, I was able to lookup user comments and find a direct line immediately from within the application. I guess this happens when the company changes their system.
This application is also available as a feature within the “Moov” launcher application featured in the previous review, so you won’t need to download this if you already have Moov.
